N70 strange display problem

Phone turn on with a clear startuptone "NOKIA" character then fade out, sometime it upside down, colour scheme out, top part of the screen double image sort of strange problem.Lcd tested ok,upgrrade firmware not working & resolder lcd connector not work, when phone in idle mode screen image will fade out 3sec interval & keypad jammed up.This phone is working well can call & receive call without disconnected problem,it was a waste if it can't be repair cause it was not a drop set or water damaged, hope frans & expert advice me.Thanks in advance.
