N71 Bluetooth unable and drains batt easily - GSM-Forum

hey guys im new here and hoping if you can help me.. i have N71 bluetooth unable to operate and that my battery drains easily. i have unable my 3g network and put on a GSM mode instead.. but still my battery lasted about 5hrs and charge it again. i tried everything regarding bluetooth..
all the resetting codes...even reflashed it. i have the new firmware but no avail.. i tried *#2820# it has no bluetooth serial no. address.. i hope u can help me on this..thanks!!

1st replace bt ic for bt problem... for draining battery remove the small battery from the pcb and replace charging ic,,, flash it with latest verson.... i think ur problem will be solved....

replacing both ic? how much will it cost? nokia care is so expensive for me...

bro just rehot the bt module if the problem still continue than change it from a dead n71 pcb.than or the fast drain of battry check for shortage on the pcb,if no shortage format your phone.all the best................

thanks for all of your help il try to see my tech friend if he can do that..thanks!! or.. if all else fails il sell it for a lower cost..*sigh..

did you check 20 - 30 OHMS on battery connector, or try to reflash by U.B, with enable B.T FLASHING option........ if the problems are continue.... change bt module with good one..... check ur set for shorting... dont forget to change battery also.....
