n73 blue display hung ape error "n73 expert"

i search the forum i found some jumper "remove smps then vio vcore jumper"like n70 no result.can any one tell me the solve.i reball flash same problem .when i info hwk phone goes to local mode but no ape data.i think combo problem i reball combo but same problem.same problem in n95 blue display hung vibrate.i reboll flash combo flash ic two power but same black display . i think there is same combo ic issue????///
