DOES it vibrate on press pwr on ????
connect the power supply to the phone battery terminals without the bsi and check if the phone have same behavior or not , if you have same behavior then check bsi line for sure!

same problem phone no power only white lcd and off flash firmware 32 write and rehaout cpu flash and avilma but no power help me
