Hello. Can somebody help me with a solution. The power button makes "click" but the phone do not starts. I can only starts them when I put the usb cable in it. Can someon give me a full solution what to do to make this phone working normal?

The ways should be ok. When I insert usb cable, and click them to power off and put out the usb cable the phone get off. To start them I need only to put the cable in it
