if ur sim is in the phone and phone still start in offline, u shuld change sim filter!

i had n70 same fault just do soft wear an full factory settings worked for me good luck ps DO FACTORY SETTINGS

If it starts from the first time in offline mode without giving any message is a problem with IC SIM;change it and will work 100%

If it was used before and then with off line mode.change or make jumper sim card ic.

upgrade software, *#0000# to check, if it's 3.0xxx upgrade to 4.0xxx, otherwise check SIM filter.
