my phone with simcart reset & playing clipes the mobile reset ????

Same over here..
i have completely flashed it too, but its same.
it works fine in offline mode.
Any solution?

yes i have done it too, but its same.
it switches off wen any network reaction takes place, like while if we call or we get any incoming call then its suddenly goes off.
I have tried changing the battery also.
