For a good reply you need something to show,
1° what box you use?
2° what cable you use, have you flashed others phones whit same cable?
3° phone come integral or water damaged or cover damaged?

so explain the situation first and probably you receive help.

ok i am using ufs-3 with gpg cable and so i using ufc and it"s good but same error
1° what box you use?
i am using ufs-3 & mt box
2° what cable you use, have you flashed others phones whit same cable?
gpg caple and ufc and i flashed other ophone
3° phone come integral or water damaged or cover damaged?
yes the phone is water damage

yes the phone is water damage

So point 3 explain well the situation probably there is oxid on voltage regualtor and Ape can't inizialized, it's a little diffcult to repair it because need to change all chip really oxidized, you can try to clean up the board first whit a cleaner machine but the situation can be clear only for you because have in hands the board, if you see that oxid is on all the board i think the best solution is to swap it.
