N95 8GB RM-320 mic problem

Hi, I have the Nokia N95 8GB RM-320.
The phone works, but the mic not working.
Has been to service and they changed the mic, still not working.
Looks like the problem is more deeper..

Anybody idea??

I read on service manual that mic is connected to IC N2200.
Would it be possible to change this IC myself, where to order this part?
Or is this not the problem?

Any info welcome, a phone without working mic is not that handy
