N95- big problem - GSM-Forum

N95 - lastest software 20.0.015. phone is working fine, camera working, notwork working, charging working all is ok but - problem with LCD. every time after 10 from power on the phone lcd Go to black colour.
I observe something strange in phone - one of parts "Samsung,,,,,,," BIG IC is very HOT every time after this 10 minutes.

this is a software problem _ PM or 100% hardware ??

that ic is flash ic(CMT or APE) pls express after black lcd it cant come colorfull back if u press a button???

If lcd go to black colour and I try press any a button is still the same - black only. Sometimes after black colour on lcd phone automaticly reset.
