N96 display problem

wich is the core ic? d4800?
have you solved your problem?? i have a similar problem with n96 which powers on but nothing appears on display.. and the key light is always off and doesn't light up.. it was working correctly until i rehotted the mainboard.. (it had a problem with keypad ic) please i need help... :(

i have reper only blank just vib on only no need change display and cable and ics !!!!!!!!!!!!1
problem in which OMAP just re hot normal 100% repair i have 2 and 3 pec !
