N96 no sound : flex ok. HELP - GSM-Forum

Hello

I have nokia n96 with sound problem, hp problem, it's ringing but no sound on communication. The flex and the hp are good. How can i solve it please.

you mean if you go to profiles sound mobile is ringing on the tones selection but if sombody calling it will not ringing try to format your mobile

If someone is calling, it's ringing but i can't hear what he says, i change the clips of the flex on the keyboard but nothing. I am going to try to formating the phone.

I did FORMAT USER AREA with JAF but nothing, is there something else to do. I find sands in the phone so i cleaned it and i tried another hp and flex but nothing.
I think the problem is on the board.

In fact this is a old thread , but i have same problem, i changed flex and same problem, if i conect external earphone i could hear or if i activate loudspeaker i hear to, any solution ?
