N96 one button not working on keypad?

All buttons on keypad working, but this button # is not working. Solution?

hai friend... i hope u cleaned the bubble pad of # key.
@ first remove the bubble pad & check the key.
2nd clean keypad ic surface with light thinner.after dry that area, check again.
3rd still not solved your problem,
if available flex cable, change the cable and check again.
4th change keypad IC.
(follow 1 after one. u will get it. )

What phone has simlar keypad ic to n96?

6300?
