I have an N97 mini that does not start when I press the power button just feel only the vibration, I tried to flash it again but it must be a hardware problem, tell me if there is any solution?

bro before it was not vibrate i rehot it and now it's vibrate but dos'nt switch on and taking 0.66 power on suply

its the software problem flash the phone with latest version flash file...
