N97 mini processor heating

n97 mini with water damage ( washing machine) , i got the phone fast , and didn't got to oxidize. on power supply the board consumes around 200mA and the CPU is heating. Are there any chances that the CPU to still be good ? or is it worth trying to replace the cpu ? i didn't reflow the board yet.....

the board is dead , sometimes it draws current when i put the clips from the psu , sometimes i need to press power to start drawing current. anyway it's not starting

and 200mA is too much with the board powered off

nothing else is heating. will remove the cpu and test again . is here a chance that something else to cause the cpu to heat ? because i don't have the tools to re-ball that cpu type.
