N97 Uper FLEX components ? - GSM-Forum

hi
i have N97 , when put battery , uper lights (END,SEND) auto ON .
no metter if phone is power on or off , always on.
i open the phone , and under those buttons have what seem light IC ...
looks like the regular 9 legs light ic .
thought there are few looks the same , anyone have schematics of this flex cable or can tell me what ic fit instade of this one ? or what phone i can take it from ?
