need some advis

6310i only light nothing comes in lcd, now i will check the lines at pcb but i think i do wrong.
if you see the picture wich lines i must check 1 the blackline or 2 the pcb pad and where i must put the -, now i do it to put the - at the frame of the pcb, please help.

i do but now i have the same questions, where put the - i have 2 cables, red en black, red i must put on black or gold line at pcb but where i put the black cable, now i use the frame at the other side of pcb but i think thats wrong.

i did so you say and at line 1 and 3 buzzer beeps, line 2 nothing. And now, line 2 is broken? how to repair?
