Need urgent help with 7200 contact service!!!!!!

I received a 7200 total dead, after change CPU, Flash IC and new UEM and full flash + rpl + pm file now it can power on, but only with Griffin choose Normal mode, it always say CS with battery!
Had change another UEM but still the same!
Griffin BB self test seem ok:

Passed - ST_RADIO_TEST
Passed - ST_WARRANTY_TEST
Passed - ST_PA_TEMP_TEST
Passed - ST_KEYBOARD_STUCK_TEST
Not supported - ST_LCD_TEST
Passed - ST_FLASH_CHECKSUM_TEST
Passed - ST_EXT_RAM_DATA_BUS_TEST
Passed - ST_EXT_RAM_ADDR_BUS_TEST
Done
Can some body give me the solution????

I was reflash with lastest ver, MCU+PPM, PPM only, write another pm file, unlock, FF reset ect... but still the same!
