Full flash it with latest version.and try to use different tool than ufs.

Firstly try to erased full flash then write the flash file if problem is were seemed again try to flash with JAF.

first try to flash only mcu and ppm with the same device, if still the same then change device. if no change still, try to reheat flash ic BUT only if you are sure you can do it, otherwise you could damage your phone if care is not taken.
