but some time this problem slove remove bluetooth ic ,camera,mmc ic,avilma,bitty ic

first check imei if damage!

if, imei is good, you can proced hardware the two Part's.
this part i said, is Flash chip ( ic ) & Rapido reball it or, Change it!
