nk 6680 - GSM-Forum

i have one pc of 6680 with a little problem..... a dc-dc converter (lm2706) in WCDMA PA......when i put the battery in the phone.....in few seconds is verry hot and descharged the battery.
can i found this converter in another phone?
or i can shoot off this 3g network?
anybody can help me??

u can remove that IC,if u r not going to use 3G network.

if u use 3g then u have replace the new one .if not then diconnect .

i replaced convertor ic from 3g PA but i have another problem .......phone no charge

try to chk if PA is ok... remove it and then chk if set still hot...
