no body can solve 6230i prob...i bet


i have 6230i network problam......i have change, PA,,ANTINA SW,,and All FILTERS near Antina sw and near RF procesor...but problam still same...
any body can help me to solve this problam....i,ll very thanxfull

I think you have to change the uem but that's very difficult job because it's under-filled.

Try to switch to other system.
Meaning that if you in GSM(900MHz), try testing DCS(1800MHz) or PCS (1900MHz). And then test it.
If you don’t have Agilent test equipment try to search network providers (manual search).

Then…..
If you realize that one of PCS/DCS/GSM doesn't work (while others do) that means that the problem is defiantly in your antenna SW (or disconnection in that area of PCB) that commands the network switching.

If you find out that you can find all the providers (manual search), but still have a problem in the network (full reception after manual search but still can't make a call) then your RF circuit is fine, but the problem is the power supply, so try to reheat the D400 and look if that helps (nokia always have a problem with Upp).

thanx all of u experts .........but i think there is no easy salution for that......nobody want to change uem and other sensitive parts due to time shortage ........if any body have any good and 100000% salution for this then it,ll BIG job for all members....thnx again any way all of u and waiting for good salution.
