no speaker on 7250i - GSM-Forum

hello, i have a 7250i to repair and the speaker does not work, you can hear fone calls by using loud speaker(ringer). i have replaced with a working one but no joy, flashed software and eeprom with prodigy. the phone has no sign of water damage and the ringer works fine. key tones dont work cos of speaker either.

any help on this subject would be greatful.

Hi,
Could you make a picture of your phone and attached it here?
I had case when some part are missing from board and when I solded them all be fine, so if you make pictures I gonna show You if some part missing.

On board, near the speaker it's two small resistors,look if they are missing,put some new one.Look other parts near the speaker, look if some missing, but if everything OK, and all parts are there, than reflow UEM, or reball it.

absolutely right , but sometimes you may in need to replace UEM .
and dont forget to check the small ic under the uem ( n150 ) reball or change it ....

THANKS SKY MASTER, by the speaker there is 2small resisters,but above them there seems 2b 2other missing resisters? i will need 2get hold of another 7250i 2 confirm? do u know?

it was a small 4legged chip missing, iam getting1 from another board./ thanks again,

On addition to those above their is some problem in 6610 speker not on if you come in such problem just use prodigy and tune the adio to 2000 9 if will work fine tested in more than 20pcs all fine
