nokia 1100 and 1600 backlite is not working - GSM-Forum

After soaking d pcb of 1100 and 1600 for some time, i dried it and d backlite refused to show, i think is d lite ic, can somebodi post me d real jumper that works , thanks

you can't make jumper on light ic
you have only two choise either change light ic with new one or put a ltyn as above of gsm blue's picture

if i remove d glass-like ic, won't it affect d functioning of other components or d ic's work is limited to d back light, more infor. about d ic is needed pls. Thanks a lot.

LED ic is only for LED ... first check coil if ok than change LED IC or do jumpering using 5 legged driver ,, u will find them in samsung flex belts old ones ,,, u can also use LED ic from other compatible nokia phones ,,
