1)battery distcharging
2)not charging
3)show on charging indication but not charging
4)battery low battry changing but not working
5)test mode
6)lcd, lighting not working
7)led and lcd direct
8)lcd lighting ok but not show on display
9)torch light not working
10)torch in continue on
11)mic problem
12)working dual band single band not working
13)working single band dual band not working
14)call droped and call reject problem
15)insert sim card
16)no acsess
17)ringtone volume too low change ringer but not working
