I have nokia 1100 sim not valid. what should I do ?

first I have write rpl file but i don't know how to right it and how can I get the rpl file please give me the suggetions. so please suggest me step by step.

hi bro,
why to write rpl ,did u flashed ur phone ,just unlock with jaf or ufs
if ur imei ok why u need rpl

cheak ur imei number if its ok ,just full flash and unlock with jaf or ufs
ur problem will be solved

dear check ur set while it is ON by *#06# if screen shows ??????????4 instead of its original imei number then it needs to be patched by UFSsoon it will put the patch file of RH-18 at www.****************.withme.us

unlock with mtbox jaf and chech serial no if ????????????4
