DEAR, try to change SIM IC with good one, dont creat jumper settings COZ jumper is an emergency bypass repairing....., finally change SIM IC with good one..SIM IC NEAR BY SIM SOCKET. i think you will sucess..... if not sucess... 1. change sim connector, 2. change battery connector also.... BRO.........
