bro i think this is not 100% work.
see this pic
and many times this topic is discussed use search buttom to see 1200 not charging solution,
this is also use for local and test mode in 1200 and 1208

just remove the duil resister or change the metal resister and if again show same remove bsi both capacitor and carbon resister and finally you can change power ic and flash cause rpl is in these... nothing else more than it
