Nokia 1208 show only Nokia - GSM-Forum

i have nokia 1208 which show only nokia when power on.

i full flashed mobile but problem still and second i take some little heat on board but problem not solve.

Have any solution?

re-heat or replace uem ic.
would be 100% ok

just rehot upp ic carefully with good flux and put some rubber packing on it and tight screw tested by me many times try it
