may be any ic damaged
so you need replace ______

1. 1st change flash ic / ram from new or other board
2. now try to erase full.... if erased than ok!
if not ok or same____
3. than remove this ram and replace old ram/flash ic
4. change upp

your problem will come to solve!

first clean charging jack if not solve than rehot flash ic and move a little
