Nokia 1209 not getting off by switch.

I need solutions for nokia 1209 which is getting on by switch properly but not getting off by switch. Plz help.

cheak volatage on on/off switch if voltage ok clean keypad if not coming voltage cheak on/off swich way.........

when switch on is proper, the line is clear, just re hot cpu. even if not solved flash i with latest version
