nokia 1280 local mode - GSM-Forum

nokia 12800 show local mode after changing lcd , before sldring i checked it by placing lcd on it , it shows display but after soldring it shows local mode , i checket it with several lcds but same result

Local mode is gone BUt notcharging is still
