nokia 1600 and 1208 flashes ok but not power on - GSM-Forum

i try all versions in software.. full erase and full flash but problem not solved.. i also rehot from bottom but all in vain....

if local mode is ok and set is ON on UFS.............change keypad ic

for 1208 remove local mode registance.
sony cumputers hw u say to change keypad ic. on/off supply doesnt go there. its directly from ic
