nokia 1600 serious problem


Guys i have an nokia 1600 which have an very strange problem the problem is that when i reball the keypad ic of it shows contect service and when put that ic out it come at normal. I have tried planty of keypad ic's but the result is same 'CONTECT SERVICE' plz help me give your vews about this problem.

Hello

Don't flash nothing !

If your keypad IC is 100% ok.
You have probably short on UPP or shorted pcb
