i have nokia 1650 it show empty batery i chang batery but same plz help me to solve this problim

Did you check shorted or not ? if didn't have you try to full flash ?

First try to see if is in shortcircuit!! Whit multimeter..conect to contact of baterry..and see if is in shortcircuit or not!!
