Help nokia 311 switch off with simcard - GSM-Forum

Without sim phone power on ok but with sim card phone dispaly nokia then off i flashed with high version but problem remain

try dial 112 w/o sim card

if phone turn off its P.A. problem

replace P.A.

signal problem !
