Nokia 2 Android phone Issues

Howdy All,
I have one of these devices that has what I would call 3 very serious issues. (1) During normal use of the device it gets very toasty. (2) It will just go off and pressing the power button alone does not turn it back on. (3) To get it back on I am using the Vol Up + Pwr (which should have put it into Repair Mode), with that it goes straight into normal mode and continues to work for a while.

So far I have updated the software to Android 8.1 but no change in the situation and I am yet to see any solutions to them in my searches. Hence I am hoping the experts here can shed some light on the matter. I am really hoping these are not standard well known "features" of these devices.

I have a particular interest in this particular line of devices generally. In my part of the Caribbean Nokia still has some cred as a brand. I am looking to bring some low wend devices to the market mainly for the small business & self employed.
