have you try some hardware application such as : -
1.checking your phone casing.
2.checking your phone earpiece position.
3. checking your phone.if phone volume was switched off.
4.have you try cleaning your phone board with methlyspirit and dry.

try to clean the enter connector bet board and the leg of earpiece or change it and it works 100 percent. . .
