Replace the boost coil...................if not replace also the Light IC.

hello brother its a hardware fault in light ic just check it and also check coil here is the full solution for nokia 1110, 2610, 1600, all same pcb have these problem here is the solution

It's better to replace light ic then jumpering because light ic easyly avail in market
