Nokia 2690/2700/2730/5130 Phone Start up,Blinking NOKIA , Then Off.

Full Backup (RAP CMT Only,coz Phone Cant go Local/Test Mode)
Flashing Many Times With Phone Original version (with Product Code),Higher Version,,but Problem Not Solv,Phone Desnt show info,cant go Local/test Mode, Just Blink NOKIA,then OFF.need Advise from Expart.

( also i try some dangerous thing..Full Erase,reset NPC,but phone Condition same)

have u check PUSL (power up sistem logic )?, u can search it on schematic,

i just repaired one 5130 same problem now by rehotting upp 100% ok
