your 2690 after flashing completed,phone must be set in local or test mode?

in a forum i read a solution for 5130 hang write ppm file in mcu tab problem solve anybody know about this solutions ????????????
brother first conform then you can apply on 2690 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,
