hwk selftest log not complete mate !! check simlock data , superdonglekey data , security in other software .

seems sd key corrupted , check.

@jodhpur_raj ,

ok mate , try to full flash d unit first before going to hardware repair . means backup all important certificates including simlock data then erase flash . after that reflash with latest version . restore all certificates including simlock data.
make sx4 auth & write pm 1-309 then check. please post here d result

P.S.-make sure & it's important to backup all certificates before erase flash.as this is sl3 type phone simlock data also needed to backup.

if still same clean pcb very well then check. also post result

ok , then sure it's a hardware problem .

check sleepclk voltage 2.8v from betty (check schematics for testpoint). if found no or abnormal voltage need to change betty.

also check vio,vcore,vdram,vaux,vr1,vr2 voltages from avilma . then let me know.

(no need to reflow or reball combo ic now)
