post here full details of phone (if possiable selftest result) . is it water damage? may be hardware problem!

backup rpl first , reset only npc data then check mobile goes into local mode or not. ( backup rpl first )

@anish.ansh ,

rather than jumpering it's better & easy to replace ic with new one . btw light ic jumpering is not possiable. u need to replace it with new one.
