nokia 3110 contact service problem

I have 3110 contact service problem.phone made in hungary I many time flash with hwk suite setup V_2.0.8 with latest flash file but faces this problem contact service .what can i do for solution.please.......... give me solution

Post Flashing Logs & Maybe SP Data demage .............Check SP Data First
