what is 100% solution.. without analyzing the exact problem of the specific device how can any one give 100% solution unless there is only one component in the total circuit given.

Do not assume that it is the only thing that is a problem.

try to move capasitor... between the battery pin. there are 3 cap. an 3 ris. thers center the big cap. try to move on... good luck
