Do you changed battery!Read info via programmator!And give out the log of info!It may be:
1.Damaged battery
2.Rejected RPL(certificates)

for your solution..... first time try to use a good battery it it's not ok then try to flash.

solution

first time try to use a good battery it it's not ok then try to Battery canector chang not ok then try to flash.
