Member: 2386483 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Nokia 3110c flash memory hard-copy I'd like to hard-copy the content of the flash memory of my nokia 3110c. Can anyone help me choosing the right aproach? Flash-memory: M30l0r807 (st) What ive thougt of so far: 1. Use some flashing-software like Phoneix and read the flash memory, but I haven't found any software which is able to read the memory instead of just reprogramm it. 2. Use the jtag connection along with the griff-box, the problem is I think the nokia 3110c is not supported. 3. Remove the flash memory from the PCB and directly acces it, the problem with this is that I've no furher informations like a datasheet of the memory. Any suggestions would be much appreciated... |
