Nokia 3110C Flashing Problem...Pls. Pls. Help.. - GSM-Forum

Dear Masters,

One dead 3110C came to me. There was a digital short on the battery connector. So, I removed that short and the set is on now. Just one day back I have purchased a new GPG 6300 Cable of Red color and just made the UI SETTINGS and it worked fine with V 7.01 already installed in the phone.

After that I just tried to upgrade the set and suddenly it started showing the following error time and again :

What's the problem? Is this CABLE FAULT or HARDWARE i.e. FLASH IC fault?

Pls. suggest as early and as accurately possible.

change the cable and flash it with jaf. also try on usb cable

there is some problem to flash 3110 in new update with hwk ... so u can flash it with jaf with 7 pin cbale ....ur problem will solve ...

Dear Friends,

Thanks for your comments. I have solved this problem by flashing it with 10 PIN Cable coming with MT-BOX. Now the phone is alive once again.
