I think this is bsi track 100% missing. When you removed capacitor then bsi track destryed.Becouse without bsi dc power supply show 1 or 2 after then 0.So you need bsi jumper. If you need any help call me :008801922661249.I am in bangladesh.

He he good coment.................If you want good hadware you must have good idea about dc power supply reading. When you want to power on 3100 with dc power supply, connect dc power supply (+) with 3100 battery connector(+) & connect dc power supply (-)with 3100 battery connector (-) & bsi togather i mean gnd & bsi must be short. Now press power button phone must be power on(if phone is running). Now disconect bsi from gnd & press power button phone can't power dc power supply show only 1 after 1 or 2 second 0.Now Red com will find his own way.He can take help from schemetics otherwise he will take another 3100 board & findout bsi track by multimetere.
