actually jumpers consumes more time...but the ic is easily available in the market but my friend ask for keypad ic jumpers i gave him jumpers its upto hi,m he make juper or put ic

Dear sir there is nothing wroung i have asked here for which U should mind . Actually i wanted to know whether the jumpers works or not, if that hurt U i am sorry.we are of same profession we hurt one anather.
